My focus on pain care grew from both professional experience and the deeply personal journey of supporting my daughter through Juvenile Idiopathic Arthritis. My general naturopathic practice evolved into a commitment to helping individuals and families navigate chronic and complex pain—guided by caregiving and the stories of so many patients.
Today, I support children, teens, adults, older adults, and caregivers by coordinating care, offering integrative strategies, and bridging gaps between conventional and complementary systems.
I hold a BSc in Human Kinetics (University of Ottawa), a Master’s in Acupuncture, and a Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine. I also serve as a parent advisor at CHEO and as a community advocate with Cassie + Friends.
Through The Point of Care, I combine professional insight with lived experience—so no one navigating pain feels alone.
